Cancellation Policy
Please reschedule or cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% charge of your total service. A last-minute cancellation or NO-SHOW will be charged 100% of your total service.
Late Arrival Policy:
We understand that San Francisco traffic can be unpredictable. We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule for our next guest. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a 'Partial No-Show,' and a fee of 50% of the missed service will apply.
